These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website operated by JVRD Ventures LLP (“JVRD”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The website presents general information about JVRD, its capabilities and projects with which it has been associated. A separate written agreement will govern any professional engagement, property transaction or other service.

Project descriptions, availability, pricing, specifications, plans, amenities, distances, timelines, approvals, photographs and visualisations are general marketing information and may change. Images or renders may be illustrative. They do not by themselves form an offer, warranty, representation or part of a binding contract.
JVRD may act as a sales, marketing, advisory or project-management partner and is not necessarily the developer, promoter, owner or seller of a listed project. Before making a decision, obtain the latest documents and disclosures directly from the relevant developer or seller, conduct independent checks, and seek appropriate legal, tax and financial advice. Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
