Do not upload or email identity documents with your first request. If verification is needed, JVRD will ask only for information reasonably necessary to confirm identity and find the record.
01
Requests you can make
You can use this page to ask JVRD to:
- Delete personal data associated with you.
- Tell you about or provide access to personal data we hold about you.
- Correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Withdraw consent for future processing or stop marketing communication.
- Review a concern about how your personal data has been handled.
These options are provided as part of JVRD’s privacy commitment. The exact rights and remedies available in a particular case depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
02
How the process works
- 01Send the request
Use the form below or email us from an address associated with your JVRD interaction.
- 02We locate the record
We may ask which project, approximate date or contact channel was involved.
- 03We verify identity
If needed, we use proportionate checks so data is not disclosed or deleted for the wrong person.
- 04We act and confirm
We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain the action taken or any lawful limitation.
03
When information may need to be retained
Deletion is not always absolute. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, taxation, accounting, contracts or regulatory duties; complete a service you requested; protect security; prevent fraud; maintain an opt-out record; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We may also retain data that has been irreversibly anonymised and can no longer identify you.
If a developer, project owner or other organisation controls the relevant record, we may direct your request to that organisation or help identify the appropriate contact.
